My name is Ted Hall. I am an intellectual historian and literary artist. An intellectual historian is one who studies important ideas, beliefs and belief systems. To describe my work more specifically, I’ve had to invent the term "templatology." A templatologist is one who investigates the intellectual templates underlying societies and civilizations. I am a templatologist.
In 1995, I coined the term "basal paradigm" to label a foundational template, a life vision underlying a civilization. The basal paradigms on which the contemporary West is built are Judaic-Christianity and scientific materialism. The long-time battle between creationists and Darwinists is essentially a battle between proponents of the old basal paradigm (Judaic-Christianity) and the new--scientific materialism. Currently, a new basal paradigm is emerging—scientific holism. To brief you on the "Great Basal Paradigm Shift" now in progress, I wrote a verse titled "The True World Order." In the fall of 2009, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and co-writer Steve Bhaerman, published a book that I regard as a masterwork in the basal paradigm shift movement—"Spontaneous Evolution: Our Positive Future and a Way to Get There from Here." The term "spontaneous evolution" refers not to an old evolution theory, but to a potentiality we contemporary people have to reverse our present-day slide toward oblivion— through a sudden evolution of consciousness, i.e., replacing pathogenic beliefs with wholesome beliefs.
Dr. Lipton has said of my work: "You write for the New Culture and I hope your works will be globally distributed." To make that happen, I decided to offer my latest book on this site as a free read. It is titled "Lifting the Earth—A Ground Crew Guidebook to Uplifting Earth." My hope is that you, fellow paradigm shifter, assist in the work of "global distribution" by familiarizing yourself with "Lifting the Earth" and other of my writings (www.biofractalevolution.com) and by recommending my works to others.
